Our Story
Kreativs was born from a simple observation: traditional recruitment methods often miss exceptional talent hiding in plain sight. Qualified candidates are disqualified because the standard hiring process isn't designed for objective evaluation. Resumes and quick interviews only tell part of the story, and the sheer volume of applications means many qualified candidates get overlooked simply because their potential isn't immediately articulated in the standard formats. We knew there had to be a better way to identify great candidates beyond the limitations of conventional hiring processes.
We set out to solve this problem by combining cutting-edge AI technology with deep expertise in talent acquisition. Our mission was clear: provide a solution that can autonomously and objectively evaluate every candidate's true potential, regardless of how well they crafted their resume.
